Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order, Fragrance Zone shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase.

1 Definitions
1.1 "Buyer" means the individual or organisation who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller;

1.2 "Goods" means the articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller;

1.3 “Seller" means Fragrance Zone Online Ltd, a company Registered in England and Wales, Registration number 6557684 and whose Registered Office is at 4 Maes Helyg, Rhuddlan, LL18 2YG, that owns and operates www.fragrancezone.co.uk

1.4 "Terms and Conditions"means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller;

2 Prices
2.1 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price quoted on the website apart from when an error has been made, if this is the case then we will inform you soon after you make your order and you will be given the choice of either paying the difference or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.

3 Payment
3.1 Payment can be made using a credit or debit card which will be processed securely using Sage Pay our payment processor. Your credit/debit card will be billed as Fragrance Zone.

4 Data Protection
4.1 We will only use the personal information you supply to us to process and dispatch orders. We will never sell or rent your information to any other party. We do not store you card details in any way, card details will only be used by our payment processor to take payment.

4.2 We use cookies to help provide you with a better shopping experience, they allow our website to remember what you have placed in your basket, the information cannot be used to identify you.

5 Orders
5.1 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. If your order is declined then a full refund will be made to the card used for payment. A contract will not exist between you and Fragrance Zone Online Ltd until you receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

6 Availability
6.1 Occasionally we may be unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered. We will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs and you will be offered the chance to pick an alternative product or receive a full refund.

7 Delivery
7.1 Standard Delivery - We aim to dispatch your order the same day if ordered by 2pm Monday to Friday, during peak times this may not always be possible and your order will be dispatched on the next working day. You should receive your order within 1 - 4 working days.

7.2 Next Day Delivery - To guarantee next day delivery, you must place your order by 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. You should receive your order by 1pm on the following working day.

8 Cancellation and Returns
8.1 You can return a product up to 14 working days after delivery for a full refund or replacement. If part of your order is damaged then you should notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery. Our returns process is simple and straightforward; please contact us and provide your full name and order number. Once we have received the required details, a returns request will be opened and you will be provided with further instructions.

8.2 You are liable for the cost of returning non-faulty products, if the product is faulty then we will issue a refund for the value of the returns postage within 3 working days. You are advised to return the product by Recorded Delivery and or request Proof of Postage.

8.3 We can only accept return of products that remain sealed and unused in the original packaging, refunds will only be made to the card you used and within 7 working days, in most cases it will be within 2 working days.

9 Responsibility, Misuse and Age of Consent
9.1 Where Goods may only be purchased by persons of a certain age the Buyer will be asked when placing an order to declare that they are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the Goods.

9.2 If the Seller discovers that the Buyer is not legally entitled to order certain Goods, the Seller shall be entitled to cancel the order immediately, without notice.

9.3 The Buyer agrees that they will be responsible for the use of the Goods and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all Goods are suitable for the Buyer’s own use.

9.4 The Buyer agrees that they will immediately consult a qualified medical practitioner if any user experiences any side-effects or contraindications in using any Goods.

9.5 The Buyer specifically accepts that the effectiveness of any Goods will also be dependant on correct and effective use, storage, inspection and, as applicable, periodic routine cleaning and maintenance.
