Are my details safe?
Your name and address are stored securely in our database and protected by an encryption key. We never ever store your credit card information. When you enter your card details they are sent automatically to our payment processor Sage Pay who authorize the transaction.

Are your perfumes genuine?
Yes without a doubt, all our fragrances are 100% genuine. We purchase from well known and trusted UK suppliers which many high street shops purchase from. All our fragrances will arrive fully boxed in the manufacturers packaging, we do not sell copies or unboxed perfumes. We are able to offer fragrances at much lower prices than many high street shops since we operate solely online. Our overheads are much lower which enables us to pass on the savings.

When will i receive my order?
Orders sent via Royal Mail First Class will usually be delivered within 3 working days. Orders sent via Royal Mail Next Day should be delivered on the next working day by 1pm. Orders placed after our deadline of 2pm will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Where is my order?
If you have not received your order after 5 working days then please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office who may be holding your parcel. Sometimes Royal Mail forget to leave a card informing you of the attempted delivery. If they do not have your parcel then please contact us with your order number and we will take further action.

What is your returns policy?
If you have changed your mind or are not happy with your order, then you may return it unopened for a no quibble full refund within 14 days of ordering. Please contact us prior to returning an order so we can provide you with a returns number.

What if I have ordered the wrong product?
If you have ordered the wrong product then we will accept returns for unopened products up to 14 days after you placed the order. Please contact us to arrange a return, we will offer a full refund but you must cover the cost of returning the product.
