Delivery within the UK

• 1st Class Royal Mail
  £1.49 per order - If you order by 3pm Monday to Friday your order will be processed and dispatched the same day and you should receive your order within 1 - 3 working days. The majority of orders are delivered on the next working day, however we can not guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail.


• Royal Mail Next Day
  £5.99 per order - You will receive your order by 1pm the next working day for all UK destinations other than the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands where it may take an extra day. You must place your order by 3pm Monday to Thursday to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery within the European Union

• International (Signed For)
  £6.95 for the first item and £1.95 for each additional item. You should receive your order within 3 to 7 days and your order will require a signature on arrival. Please note that we can only ship international orders to the card billing address.

Recorded Signed For & Next Day will require a signature on arrival. If you are not available when delivery is attempted then a card will be left with instructions to arrange re-delivery or you can pick up your order from your local sorting office.

N.B Orders not picked up after 7 days will be returned to us, and you will be charged for re-delivery.

Packaging
All our products are dispatched in strong boxes, and filled with recyclable biodegradable loose fill to protect your order in transit.
